Since before his days as a high school yearbook photographer, Ken Keifer, a resident of Mooresville, Indiana, has loved photography…the art, the craft, the science, the colors, geometry, emotion, play of light and shadows, recording a special moment in time and space….everything about it! Photography is a passion of Ken’s that helps satisfy his God-given creative drive. Ken loves what Ansel Adams, arguably the greatest landscape photographer ever, once said, “Sometimes I get to places just when God’s ready to have somebody click the shutter.”
Ken’s award-winning work has been featured in USA Today, CNN Travel, Pure Michigan, Visit Indiana travel guides, multiple websites, television shows and commercials, and in churches in all fifty states and around the world. It is Ken’s hope that his work might inspire and intrigue you…or maybe simply make you linger in your looking and cause you to smile.
Ken’s work is available in the CCA Gallery as framed prints, canvasses, and matted prints. Additionally, Ken’s extensive portfolio can be viewed and purchased at his website, Kenneth Keifer Photography.
If you have any questions, comments, or just wish to say, “Hey!” (Ken lived in NC for ten years…That’s how the wonderful people there say, “Hello.”), please do not hesitate to e mail Ken.
Ken is available for photography workshops and seminars (beginner & intermediate especially) and would love to chat with you about that. He also has a degree in communications, by the way, and is a seasoned public speaker. Please contact Ken for more info about what he can provide for you or your group.
Update: For the second year in a row, all three of Ken’s entires in the 2017 Morgan County (Indiana) Fair were presented blue ribbons.
And, in addition to receiving third place and honorable mention ribbons at the Indiana State Fair, Ken’s cumulative score from all prints entered place him on the TOP TEN INDIANA PHOTOGRAPHERS LIST for 2017 as recognized by the Indianapolis Professional Photographers Guild.
